MID-TES E-BUSINESS


1.      DISTINGUISH BETWEEN E-COMMERCE AND E-BUSINESS
a.       e-commerce: all electronically mediated transaction between organization and the third party it deal with; exchange information across electronic network at any stage in supply chain weather within an organization. the activities of e-commerce can differ on two perspective, buy-side and sell-side. While the activities of e-business not only buy-side and sell-side but also how to interact with all company’s stakeholders. E-commerce covers outward-facing processes that touch customers, suppliers and external partners, including sales, marketing, order taking, delivery, customer service, purchasing of raw materials and supplies for production and procurement of indirect operating-expense items, such as office supplies. It involves new business models and the potential to gain new revenue or lose some existing revenue to new competitors.

Value Chain
Value chain is a concept for considering key activities that organization can perform or manage with intention of adding value for the customer as product and services move from conception to delivery to the customer.
Value chain is activities to add a value and reduce cost in order to create effectiveness from organization’s supply chain activities.
The Impact e-business to value chain
In my opinion, an existence e-business can create competitive advantages for organization.
E-business growth has created direct marketing such online purchasing and selling activities. The growth of e-business exposes an opportunity to expand or to reach another customer’s segment. It shows that existence of e-business can create value chain in marketing activity.
In procurement activity, a progression of electronic communication can make value chain by reducing cost and create integrating data. In the primary value chain, benefits can be even greater, for example, if a retailer shares information electronically with a supplier about demand for its products, this can enhance the value chain of both parties since the cycle time for ordering can be reduced, resulting in lower inventory holding and hence lower costs.
In distribution activity, the existence of e-business can create value chain and increase a responsiveness organization to fulfill customer’s needs.

PERATURAN PERUNDANG-UNDANGAN


Peraturan dibentuk bertujuan untuk menjamin kehidupan sosial manusia agar tertib dan sesaui hakikat hidup secara sosial maupun beragama. Peraturan dibentuk untuk menjamin kehidupan manusia dan untuk mengatur hidup manusia.  Sementara hukum dibuat untuk ditaati oleh seluruh pihak yang ada di dalamnya. Peraturan itu sendiri dibuat sebagai pemertegas suatu hukum ataupun sebagai pelengkap dari suatu hukum yang berlaku.
Tentu kita tahu beberapa pekan lalu, kita dihebohkan dengan pengesahan Undang – Undang Pemilu. Dimana DPR-MPR periode 2009-2014 “berhasil” mengesahkan roman RUU tersebut menjadi Undang –Undang dengan penuh picisanya. Namun RUU tersebut terbantakan karena mantan presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono pada akhir kepemimpinannya mengeluarkan Perpu (peraturan pemerintah pengganti undang – undang) yang secara otomatis menggugurkan fungsi dari UU terkait pemilu.
Pada kesempatan kali ini, saya akan berbagi sedikit tentang Peraturan Perundangan – Undangan nasional. Bagaimana tata urutan Peraturan Perundang – undangan dan proses pembentukan Peraturan Perundang – undangan.

I.          TATA URUTAN PERATURAN PERUNDANG – UNDANGAN
1.      HAKIKAT PERATURAN PERUNDANGAN
Menurut S.J. Fockema Andreae istilah Peraturan Perundang – undangan (legislation wetgeving atau gesetzgebung) memiliki dua  pengertian :
a.      Peraturan Perundang – undangan merupakan proses pembentukan atau proses membentuk Peraturan Perundang – undangan negara baik tingkat pusat maupun daerah.
